In 2022, Suzie proudly took over the family stitching business, originally known as Taylor Made Covers. After 45 years at the helm, her father Mark decided it was time to pass the torch to the next generation.

Before joining the family trade, Suzie spent a decade working on the water — teaching sailing and being second in charge onboard charter yachts across the south coast of the UK and Europe. In 2022, after getting married and settling back in beautiful Poole Harbour, she decided to change course and bring her skills ashore. That's when the cover and sail repair shop officially opened its doors!

Starting from a humble spare room, Suzie quickly grew the business, expanding into a purpose-built workshop nestled in the garden near Cobbs Quay. Today, she continues the family tradition of craftsmanship, helping sailors keep their adventures shipshape.
